Fairhope Single Tax Colony Puts Land Up for Bid

The FSTC has decided to put up for bid a lease on one piece of unoccupied land. The Colony has several pieces of unclaimed land most of which are not able to be built on. 

The minimum bid for this piece of property is $10,000. Sealed bids will be accepted until 5:00pm on July 12. Please contact the Fairhope Single Tax office for more information.
